Taj
Taj has served out front office for two years. She handles tasks such as check-in, check-out, patient medication assistance programs, patient referrals and authorizations. She currently holds an AS degree in Health Sciences from SPC and plans on furthering her career in healthcare.
Ingrid
Ingrid is one half of our Medical Assistant team and has been with PAA since December 2022. She attended Interamerican University in Puerto Rico where she graduated the Nursing Program in 2012. She enjoys getting to know the patients and making them feel like family. In her free time, Ingrid enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to the movies and listening to music.
Misbel
Misbel is one half of our Medical Assistant team, starting our practice earlier this year. She is from Cuba and attended Medical School in her native country. She enjoys interacting with our patients and assisting with multiple medical needs. In her free time Misbel loves spending her time with family and going to the beach.
Randy
Randy is our newest member of the PAA team as our Billing Specialist. He holds a Certificate as Professional Coder. In his free-time he enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
Alonah
Alonah is a new addition to our team while she is currently completing her AS degree in nursing at SPC. She greets patients at our front desk and assists with checking patients in for their appointments, EKG’s and obtaining referrals for office appointments. Alonah loves spending time with friends and family preferably in the sunshine at the beach.
Libby
Libby is our Business Manager and joined the team in 2022. She has a Master’s in Public Administration a double minor in Nonprofit Management and in Emergency Management/Homeland Security as well as a National Certification in Nonprofit Management and Leadership. Her natural tendencies toward altruism led her to PAA and a career in healthcare. She enjoys interacting with our patients and overseeing our team. Libby loves the Lord, the bible, her church family and traveling especially to all of the U.S. National Parks. Her favorite pastime is time spent time with family and friends.
